Join Me for "Sunday Funday" Spin Class

Beginning Sunday, September 11th, I'll be teaching the new Sunday Funday spin class at Fit Athletic from 4-5 pm.  Come join us as we burn off the weekend indulgences and get our mind right for the week ahead.  Hope to see you there!
